Job Title: Tally Operator

Location: Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may apply)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Any graduate with Tally certification

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter daily transactions (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journals) in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime
• Maintain and update Ledgers, Vouchers, and General Accounting records
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and manage petty cash records
• Handle GST input/output, prepare monthly GST reports, and assist in filing returns
• Maintain and monitor inventory and stock entries in the system
• Generate MIS reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and reconciliation
• Assist in internal audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain documentation of vendor bills and payment schedules

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime
• Good knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, and TDS
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Working knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial setup

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Location: BMR EV Factory Campus, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh
