About the Role We're seeking a Founding Account Executive to join our early go-to-market team. This is not your typical AE role you'll help shape our sales motion, open new markets, and work directly with the founding team to build SkySync's customer base across India, the US, and international markets. You'll be responsible for driving new business in Data, AI, and Salesforce services including Data Cloud implementations, AI Agent deployments, and integration accelerators. What You'll Do - Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for Salesforce-based Data Cloud and AI Agent solutions. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise and mid-market clients across industries (Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Fins,TMT etc.). - Develop and nurture international customer relationships (especially in the US and EMEA) while also expanding SkySync's footprint locally in India. - Partner with the founding and delivery teams to define proposals, solution roadmaps, and customer success playbooks. - Create go-to-market materials and messaging tailored to verticals and use cases. - Represent SkySync at virtual and in-person industry events, Salesforce ecosystem meetups, and partner forums. - Contribute to overall sales strategy, pricing feedback, and business model refinement as part of the founding team. What We're Looking For - 7+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably within Salesforce, Data, or AI ecosystems. - Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving complex solution sales. - Strong understanding of Salesforce technology (Data Cloud, Einstein, Agentforce, or related platforms). - Experience working with international clients or cross-regional sales teams. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently in a startup environment. - Passion for emerging tech, AI, and helping customers modernize through data-driven innovation. - Bonus: Prior experience selling professional services, consulting projects, or cloud transformation engagements.
