Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Thrissur. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing and maintaining relationships with key clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales reports, providing solutions to clients issues, coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective services, and meeting sales targets. The Account Executive will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients. Qualifications - Client relationship management and customer service skills - Sales and account management experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus
