We're hiring for Legal Executive/Sr Legal Executive with Infojini. Location: Thane - Onsite Shift: 07:00 PM IST – 04:30 AM IST Working Days: Monday to Friday Transport: Cab available About Infojini Infojini is a global IT consulting and staffing solutions organization supporting Fortune 500 clients across the U.S. and India. We specialize in IT services, workforce solutions, application development, and digital transformation initiatives. Role Overview We are looking for a Legal Associate with strong experience specifically in reviewing and negotiating client-side contracts within the IT Services domain. This role focuses on reviewing MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, renewals, amendments, staffing contracts, IT service agreements, and compliance-related documentation. Candidates with primary exposure only to lease agreements, intellectual property filings, litigation, or corporate secretarial work will not be suitable. Key Responsibilities - Review, analyze, and negotiate client contracts specifically related to IT staffing, IT services, project-based services, and consulting engagements. - Work extensively on MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Amendments, Renewals, Addendums, and client onboarding documentation. - Evaluate commercial, legal, and compliance risks associated with IT service delivery contracts. - Ensure alignment with company policies, U.S. labor regulations (preferred), and risk-mitigation practices. - Coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, HR, and Finance teams to support negotiation processes. - Maintain contract versions, track obligations, and support audit & documentation compliance. - Facilitate redlining, corrective revisions, and contract lifecycle management. Qualifications & Experience - LLB/LLM from a recognized university. - 2–5 years of hands-on experience in reviewing client-side contracts within IT Services / IT Staffing / Consulting industry. - Strong understanding of contractual clauses such as indemnity, liability, payment terms, termination, confidentiality, IP ownership (only in context of IT services), and compliance requirements. - Experience in U.S. client contracts will be an advantage. - Excellent written/verbal communication and contract redlining skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift (U.S. time zone) environment.
