Job TitleRiviera Partners seeks a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to manage the full contract lifecycle across sales, vendor, and partner agreements.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain customer, vendor, and partner contracts.Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, renewals, amendments, and more.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address legal and business questions.Ensure contracts accurately reflect business terms while protecting company interests.You bring:A strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.A customer-service mindset.
