Job OverviewWe are seeking a professional to oversee the entire post-contract process, ensuring ongoing compliance, timely renewals, and revenue alignment.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and track commercial contracts from inception to closure.Monitor key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.Support invoice management—ensuring accuracy, timely issuance, and tracking payment status in partnership with Finance.Oversee renewal workflows and assist in preparing contract amendments or extension documents.Maintain structured documentation and update contract records within internal systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure clarity and execution of contract terms.Provide recurring reporting on upcoming renewals, revenue schedules, and contractual risks or gaps.To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.Familiarity with contract management software and processes is highly desirable.You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with contract management software and processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.BenefitsA competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.OthersPlease note that this is a [full-time/part-time] position.
