Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Officer based in Srinagar. The Senior Sales Officer will focus on driving sales and achieving targets through direct customer interaction and relationship management. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, presenting insurance solutions tailored to their needs, maintaining thorough knowledge of the company's diverse product portfolio, and engaging in post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional tasks may include generating leads, maintaining detailed records, and participating in cross-functional coordination to meet business objectives. Qualifications - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach - Relationship management and communication skills to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning solutions - Strategic thinking and analytical skills for identifying market trends and opportunities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Srinagar market is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Prior experience in insurance or financial services sales is a strong advantage
