What We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of various IT skills, emerging technologies, and hiring trends. Hands-on expertise with C2H IT Recruitment Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate). Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals , and Boolean search Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely closure. Assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit for the organization.
