The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting technical professionals and a deep understanding of the technology industry. They should be proficient in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with the right technical skills and cultural fit for our organization.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks- Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics- Build and maintain a network of technical professionals to proactively source candidates for current and future positions- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions and job advertisements- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment- Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, and other talent sources to attract top technical talent- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote our organization and attract potential candidates- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hiresRequirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role- Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills, particularly in the technology industry- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software- Solid understanding of recruitment principles and best practices- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not requiredNote: We are looking for Immediate Joiner only.
