The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and acquiring top talent for technical positions. Responsibilities include building relationships with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, organizing interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and deliver qualified candidates in a timely fashion.Qualifications Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes7+ yrs of experience in Recruiting.Very Proactive in getting the right candidate within a very short period of time through different sourcing techniques.Demonstrated expertise in Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting techniquesStrong Communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholdersKnowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platformsProven track record of meeting hiring targets in technical domainsExperience in recruiting for IT or software development roles is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
