About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and driven Tech Recruiter to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to fulfill business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech roles (SDEs, QA, DevOps, Product, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft effective hiring strategies
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reports/tracking sheets
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, networking)
- Good understanding of various tech roles and skill sets
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
