Job Description Position with Luxury Hotel Position Summary As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay. You will handle check-in/check-out processes, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth hotel operations. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and greet guests with courtesy and professionalism. - Manage check-in, check-out, and room assignment efficiently. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly. - Manage reservations, cancellations, and amendments in PMS (Opera/IDS/etc.). - Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest requirements. - Handle billing, payment processing, and cash float responsibly. - Maintain accurate records and reports for front desk operations. - Ensure lobby and reception areas remain clean and presentable. - Assist in concierge services such as travel, transport, and local information. - Uphold hotel standards, policies, and procedures consistently. Skills & Competencies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer serviceoriented with a pleasant personality. - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. - Knowledge of MS Office and hotel PMS systems (Opera preferred). - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. - Professional appearance and grooming. - Candidates with good height and confident presence will be preferred. Qualifications - Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred. - 24 years of experience in front office operations in hotels/resorts.
