Job Description Founders Office (Sales / Strategy / GTM) Location: Mumbai Type: Full-time, Onsite Experience: 24 years Compensation: Fixed + Incentives + Buyback ESOP's (Real deal, no namesake offers) About Aasaan Tech We are an End-to-end AI-powered Construction Business Suite deeply integrated with WhatsApp to simplify operations and empower decision-making. We are building an eco-system and are in a hyper-integration mode ensuring a one-stop experience and aggressively working towards community building by an integration with LinkedIn. Our native AI LLM's sit on the business data to provide simple actionable insights by processing complex data using RPA and RAG models. - Aasaan Tech is built by passionate, veteran construction experts high on spirits aligned with a single mission on simplifying the space using tech and are closing a funding round. - We are bootstrapped & profitable with a 40% YOY growth & 24% CAGR. Why We're Hiring This Role - The pipeline's outrunning the founders GTM tests, follow-ups, and sales ops keep stacking up. - We need a hands-on operator who can sell, analyse, and build systems and Sales GTM's without waiting for instructions. - Expand distribution through partnerships across geographies within & outside India - Minimal playbooks available here: high ambiguity, high stakes. Creativity and bias for action beat process every time. What You'll Own - Drive the entire sales funnel to achieve sales targets. We have a pre-sales and detailed demo processes in place. - Create and refine pitch materials that help us win those deals. - Prepare and conduct atleast 4 community engagements through business networking events, webinars & podcasts. - Land and grow key Indian accountsyou'll be their main point of contact. - Test outbound ideas until we hit 10 % first-call conversion and share the numbers. - Find the top three Sales Ops bottlenecks in your first 90 days, fix them, and write up the playbook. - Assist in enterprise marketing efforts as and when needed (you own the what and how). What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) - Own and close atleast 2 enterprise deals end-to-end - Launch 2 outbound playbooks with measurable ROI - Overhaul the internal systems of CRM setup, sales process and onboarding (One process in every 2 months) Must-Haves - Previous work experience in startups, founder stints, GTM teams, consulting with execution - You've directly closed > 50L in B2B SaaS deals - Strong writing and comms - Founder-level energy: bias for action, not frameworks - You can handle founder-style chaos: unannounced pilots, CXO fires, and last-minute decks. - A back-ground in Construction would be handy Employment Perks - Hybrid working flexibility with accountability. - Competitive salary & performance-linked incentives and buy-back ESOP policy (post probation) - Yearly team Stay-cations for 15-20 days at the mountains or beaches - An amazing incentive policy PASSION well rewarded. - Learn from founders who've built and scaled products in the industry
