Job Description About The Company Triangular Dots is a 360-degree marketing solutions company that conducts events and promotions across India for several corporate clients. A company with a professional approach. Conducts product launches, seminars, manpower-driven activities, exhibitions, and college and corporate promotions. Key Responsibilities - Act as a support point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely assistance. - Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring smooth coordination from start to finish. - Work closely with vendors, internal teams, and clients to deliver seamless event experiences. - Prepare presentations, event proposals, and post-event reports. - Maintain and update trackers, reports, and data using MS Excel. - Provide operational support during events, including on-ground execution. - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Be open to traveling for events and client meetings when required. Requirements - Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Management preferred but not mandatory). - 03 years of experience in client servicing and/or event operations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. - Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about events and client servicing. - Flexibility to travel for events and client meetings.
