Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Seller Onboarding & Activation - Contact newly signed-up sellers and help them integrate their Amazon Ads account with SellerGeni. - Walk sellers through key tool features, dashboards, and setup steps. - Ensure smooth onboarding across ads, reporting, and automation modules. - Verify account health, campaign data sync, and billing setup before go-live. 2. Training & Support - Conduct short onboarding calls or demos explaining how to use SellerGeni effectively. - Share training decks, help docs, and setup checklists with sellers. - Coordinate with product & tech teams for troubleshooting login/integration issues. 3. Internal Coordination - Work closely with Sales to ensure clean handoffs from demo onboarding. - Update CRM or onboarding tracker with seller progress and activation status. - Flag blockers or slow-moving sellers early to account managers. 4. Insights & Optimization - Analyze onboarding drop-offs and suggest process improvements. - Capture seller feedback to improve UI, feature education, and documentation. What You'll Need - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, Intercom, or similar SaaS dashboards. - Analytical mindset you love spotting patterns, gaps, and improvements.
