About Business Line/Function Job Title: Associate - Invoicing Date 28th August 2025 Department ISPL-Financial Control Location: Mumbai-NKP Business Line / Function Finance Reports To (Direct) Grade (if applicable) (Functional) AVP-Financial Control Number Of Direct Reports NIL Directorship / Registration NA Position Purpose The position of Associate Financial Control is for a fresher Chartered Accountant. The person would be responsible to handle day to day financial functions pertaining to revenue assurance, nostro reconciliation, banking related activities, regulatory submissions etc. This individual would be expected as a self-starter, working with various colleagues within the Finance Functions and cross functions as well. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities - Revenue Assurance activities for India Solution Entity - Cost Centre allocation as per the information received from various stakeholders and invoice to group entities. - Providing month end Accruals for expenses to Accounts Payable and Dummy Allocation Keys to FINCON. - Providing month end revenue accruals to FINCON - Maintaining Invoice Register, Fund Status, etc. - Maintaining of Invoice, Contracts and Compliance files. - Follow-up of un-reconciled items in Bank Reconciliation Statement. - Liaise with bankers and provide them the disposal instructions for inward remittances - To assist in Compliance towards statutory renewals, registrations, etc. - Providing information to FINCON Financial Accounting and Tax team on an ongoing basis. - To contribute in various projects undertaken on an ongoing basis. - Attending to routine and ad-hoc requests for data from the Management. Contributing Responsibilities - Assist in Monthly and Quarterly closure of activities - Assisting in Compliance/ STPI/GST related filings and assessments with invoice related data. - Assisting in preparation of Senior Management Dashboard. Technical & Behavioral Competencies - Good MS Office skills, largely in MS Excel. - Analytical skills, eye for detail. - Confident in approach. - Communication skills & ability to manage stress Specific Qualifications (if Required) Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of professional experience Skills Referential Behavioural Skills: (Please select up to 4 skills) Choose an item.
