Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate at SmartBriefs, located in Pune. The Junior Advocate will assist senior lawyers in legal research, case preparation, drafting legal documents, filing petitions, and representing clients in court. Daily tasks include attending court sessions, meeting with clients for consultations, and maintaining case files.

Qualifications

- Legal Research and Case Preparation skills
- Drafting Legal Documents and Filing Petitions skills
- Experience in Client Consultations and Representation in Court
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
