Roles & Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities for service sales through networking, referrals, and market research. - Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and contracts. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Maintain accurate sales reports and update in systems regularly. - Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities. - Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Qualification: B. Sc Chemistry/MSc. Chemistry/ B.Tech Chemical/ MBA Marketing Relevant Experience - 10-15 Years of similar industry experience. - Must have exposure for working with Chemicals and Pharmaceutical industries - Proven experience in service sales, business development, or account management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand technical or specialized service offerings (industry specific knowledge is a plus). - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Proficiency in MS Office.
