Key Responsibilities - Handle flight bookings throughGDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)and other travel portals. - Liaise withairlinesto secure the best-negotiated fares for tours and corporate clients. - Manage ticketing operations includingcancellations, reissues, and fare adjustments. - Maintain strong professional relations with airlines and ensure seamless service delivery. - Analyze travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities tomaximize profitability. - Communicate with clients to provide information onfares, schedules, and booking policies. - Process customer payments and maintain accurate booking records inExcel and CRM systems. - Work closely with theTours and Salesteams to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or Diplomain Travel & Tourism or related field. - 2-5 years of experiencein domestic and international air ticketing. - Hands-on experience withGDS software(Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo). - Strong communication skills with fluency inEnglish (written & spoken). - Proficiency inExceland ability to work efficiently under deadlines. - Prior experience handlingcorporate clientswill be an advantage.
