Job Description Position: Airport Sales - Business Development Executive Locations: Airport Indore About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to represent our brand at the airport. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our projects and generating qualified leads. This is a front-facing role requiring excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to build positive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Engage with passengers and visitors at the airport to introduce and explain company projects. Create awareness and build interest in our offerings through professional and engaging conversations. Collect and qualify leads by understanding client needs and capturing accurate details. Present project information clearly and confidently to prospective clients. Maintain a strong brand presence at the airport by ensuring high standards of customer interaction. Track daily interactions, leads generated, and share reports with the sales/marketing team. Support promotional campaigns, kiosks, and events organized at the airport. Ensure compliance with airport protocols and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Desired Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and persuasion abilities. Confident, energetic, and approachable personality. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge (for lead tracking & reporting). Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Marketing preferred). 13 years of experience in client servicing, hospitality, or sales (airport/retail experience is an added advantage).
