
Inbound Sales Representative

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads through various channels (website, chat, email, social media, phone, etc.).
- Respond promptly to inquiries and conduct initial qualification of prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant IT services (web/app development, Ecommerce Developement & IT Staff Augumentation).
- Schedule discovery calls or demos for the Business Development or Technical team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and improve conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead qualification and conversion targets.
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- atleast 2 years of experience in inbound sales roles, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for customer engagement.
