
US Inbound Sales Executive

Job Description
- Handle inbound calls from US-based customers and respond to product or service-related inquiries
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions to meet their needs
- Convert inbound queries into confirmed sales using effective communication and sales techniques
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services and products where appropriate
- Consistently achieve individual and team-based sales targets and performance KPIs
- Record and update customer interactions, sales details, and follow-ups accurately in CRM systems
- Stay informed about product updates, pricing, promotions, and industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely post-sales support and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during all interactions
- Work flexible night shifts aligned to the US time zone
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or US voice process
- Excellent verbal communication in English with a neutral or US accent
- Strong sales ability with a focus on customer satisfaction and closing deals
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or sales tracking tools
- Target-oriented and capable of handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in B2C or B2B US inbound sales campaigns
- Background in sectors such as telecom, travel, e-commerce, or tech support
- Experience in call center or inbound contact center roles
