Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing talent for our active contracts and permanent job openings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record in recruitment and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing & Screening:
- Source, screen, and submit candidates based on the company's job requisitions. Create and manage a talent pool by uploading available resources under your ID.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other relevant platforms to attract and engage potential candidates for mid and senior management technical roles.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling client requirements directly. Ensure regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Team Management & Development:
- Lead, train, and manage the recruitment team. Implement new recruitment strategies and conduct performance reviews both within the team and with clients.
- Client Escalation Management:
- Handle and resolve client escalations effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Continuous Process Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices. Implement innovative strategies to enhance the recruitment process and meet client needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for mid and senior-level technical roles.
- Strong familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Expertise in various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements, manage client relationships, and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in managing and training teams, implementing new strategies, and conducting client reviews.
- Proficiency in documenting recruitment processes and keeping up with industry trends.
