Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team and drive our talent acquisition efforts within the rapidly evolving biomedical industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the scientific and clinical landscape, coupled with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top-tier talent in specialized roles. This role is crucial to our continued growth and success, requiring a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for a variety of scientific, clinical, and technical roles within the biomedical field.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels, including professional networks, industry events, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to ensure effective talent acquisition.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand to attract top talent.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior recruiters as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the biomedical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in specialized scientific and clinical roles.
- Strong understanding of the biomedical industry and its various disciplines (e.g., research, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, manufacturing).
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with Indeed, , Naukri and other platforms.
