Source candidates through job boards, , employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Talent Pipeline & Market Research: Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on hiring trends.
Use data-driven approaches to improve hiring efficiency and diversity in recruitment.
HR Coordination & Compliance: Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws.
Collaborate with HR teams for onboarding, background verification, and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR software.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring projects.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies.
Experience in technical/non-technical recruitment (as per company requirements).
