**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment professional to join our team as a Sourcing Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India) by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.
The ideal candidate will have extensive sourcing experience and the ability to partner closely with the Recruitment team to help build effective sourcing strategies. They will also work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to execute on those plans.
As a Sourcing Consultant, you will be committed to driving improvements for our business and our people, supportive of our culture, and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), using innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.
- Define and set sourcing plans for specific service lines based on open requisitions received from the Recruitment team.
- Provide market mapping to inform decision-making.
- Closing all roles assigned to you is a priority.
- Ensure that sourcing processes are effective and recommend/ implement process improvements.
- Manage the company's image in the marketplace.
- Contribute to competitor intelligence strategy development.
- Identify and analyze new sourcing opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of total experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience in sourcing leadership roles for at least 1 year.
- Excellent knowledge of job portals and new-age sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
- Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Experience in developing high-quality talent pipelines and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
