This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to grow our network of partnerships and elevate our market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders. Design and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deliverables to maximize value. Collaborate with the celebrity team to propose tailored celebrity solutions for clients. Track performance, analyze ROI, and optimize future partnerships. Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts. Requirements Proven track record in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing strategy. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
