Role Overview: The Talent acquisition business partner has to be a seasoned and experienced professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process with adequate understanding of the business operations and collaborating with HR Business partners to identify staffing needs pro-actively. Work closely with Business stakeholders to formulate Talent strategies to support business needs through risk assessment and pro-active hiring. Design and implement Talent acquisition strategies, define clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, background checks and offer completion. Contribute towards global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable the company to align staffing with the workforce plans. Drive programs and practices in areas such as inclusive hiring and university hiring. Responsible for designing and implementing Talent attraction strategies. Ensures local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements. On a typical day you will: - Establishes and maintains positive relationships with business stakeholders and key decision-makers within the region. Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of talent pool. - Act as a Talent advisor to business stakeholders, HR, and Total Rewards to determine offer decisions that includes deciding on appropriate salary ranges and close offer with candidates. - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through CRM platform and proactive market research. - Focus on hiring metrics with primary focus on Time to fill and Qualitative hiring - Uses advanced business knowledge, market intelligence and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy within a sub-region. - Prior experience & exposure to having worked on Applicant Tracking System (Workday / Taleo/Success factor) is a must. What You Will Need to be Successful: - Full time Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science & Master's Degree in HR - 15+ years of related experience in full-cycle recruiting, hands on experience in sourcing and screening of applicants - Proficient in the use of social media and Job boards - Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles - Prior work experience supporting huge hiring demand in a Manufacturing and/or Engineering Industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits to look at - Great culture, Hybrid working, Attractive insurance package, Competitive salary Apply today to join us and build what's next.
