Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience and address complex issues.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably one or more regional languages.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Empathy and patience while dealing with customers, ensuring a positive interaction.
