SEO Discovery Private Limited is looking for a "Customer Support Executive" to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.

**Requirements and Skills**:
1. Minimum Qualification: Graduate
2. Proven work experience as a Customer Support Executive (international Process) will be a deal breaker
3. Work Experience: Minimum 0.6 - 1 year
4. Experience doing research using multiple sources
5. Familiarity with web publications
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Ability to meet deadlines
8. The ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Industrial Area Phase 8B, Mohali - 160071, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
