Position Summary Are you a results-driven performance marketer with experience in the D2C space especially in the US region Here s your chance to take full ownership of high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search Display Performance Max Shopping and Remarketing for the USA UK and Europe With monthly budgets of up to 80 000 you ll have the resources to test scale and drive measurable impact You ll be joining a fast-growing team where experimentation is encouraged learning is constant and your work directly drives revenue This role is ideal for someone eager to scale international markets optimize performance at speed and grow alongside a globally expanding brand Role and Responsibilities - Own and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search Display Performance Max Shopping and Remarketing for USA UK and Europe - Build and execute PPC strategies focused on scaling online sales and driving strong ROI - Handle monthly budgets of up to 80 000 ensuring ecient spend allocation and performance - Conduct comprehensive keyword research and structure campaigns for high-intent conversions - Write persuasive ad copy and develop visually engaging creatives that resonate with the target audience - Implement A B testing frameworks for ads audiences and landing pages to continuously improve performance - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4 GSC and other tools to surface insights and drive optimizations - Collaborate with content creative and product teams to align messaging and funnel strategies - Track competitors follow industry trends and propose new campaign ideas to keep us ahead of the curve - Own your outcomes - we re a data-driven performance-first team that thrives on growth and learning Skills and Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in Google Ads - Proven success in scaling D2C campaigns in the US and UK markets- Strong grasp of Google Ads GA4 Keyword Planner GSC and conversion tracking tools - Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable insights - Experience in A B testing landing page optimization and performance-focused copywriting - Familiarity with Shopify Klaviyo or other D2C marketing platforms is a plus - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team - Knowledge of SEO is a plus ref updazz com
