Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and scale international Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.

- Drive high-quality lead generation for international pet relocation services across priority markets (e.g., US, UAE, UK, Singapore, Australia).

- Conduct geo-specific keyword research, audience segmentation, and custom bidding strategies based on country-specific insights.

- Create and test regionally relevant ad copies and landing pages with clear CTAs tailored to pet parents relocating across borders.

- Manage budgets and optimize for lead quality, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate across different international markets.

- Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams to align messaging, local regulations, and seasonal demand (e.g., summer travel surges).

- Ensure accurate tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and CRM tools to monitor the entire user funnel.

- Regularly report on campaign performance, highlighting country-specific insights and improvement areas.

- Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, international trends, and competitor strategies in pet relocation or 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with at least 12 years focused on international markets.

- Proven success in running lead generation campaigns for high-ticket services or cross-border offerings.

- Deep understanding of keyword intent, geo-targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM systems for campaign tracking and reporting.

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns for lead quality over volume.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with growth, design, and sales teams.

Bonus (Good-to-Have):

- Background in pet care, travel, relocation, or logistics industries.

- Google Ads Certification.

- Experience with international landing page A/B testing and multilingual ads.
