Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist who can independently strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping networks. The ideal candidate should be performance-focused and data-driven, with a proven track record of delivering high ROI through Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
Create compelling ad copies and collaborate with the design/content teams for creatives.
Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet campaign goals.
Analyze campaign results using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
A/B test ads and landing pages to improve Quality Score and Conversion Rate.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest platform trends, algorithm updates, and paid media innovations.
Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
Certification in Google Ads (Search & Display at minimum) is a plus.
Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Quality Score, and bidding strategies.
Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills – ability to explain results and strategies clearly.
