Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with advertising products, and experience working with Product Manager/Engineering teams.
  • Experience in product management and design with a focus on software products and technologies.
  • Experience with product delivery.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Offline Ads enable advertisers to drive offline behaviors such as Store Visits, Store Sales and Local Actions (Calls and Direction Clicks), while leveraging much of the same technology Google has developed for Online Conversions.

We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the strategy to maximize offline goal availability and adoption, particularly during the onboarding process.
  • Embark on a journey of risk-taking and experimentation to drive step-change innovation for the product.
  • Maximize offline goal adoption in onboarding across all campaign types and with a focus on advertiser personas.
  • Work closely with advertiser platform and measurement teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Lead critical initiatives to increase offline goal adoption within our goal advertiser segments.
