Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Process End-to-end payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Validate attendance, leave, and timekeeping data for payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related data and reconciliations.
- Manage Full and Final (FnF) settlements for separated employees, including calculation of dues, recovery, gratuity, leave encashment, and tax implications.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) and filings.
- Address employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and payslips.
- Maintain and update payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
- Support year-end activities including Form 16 generation and tax proof verification.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Support in SuccessFactors queries

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a shared services or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in handling large employee databases and multi-location payroll
