We're Hiring: Senior Support Professional – Utilities / Energy Sector (AI Model Evaluation) We are looking for an expert in Utilities/Energy sector customer support operations to help validate and optimize AI models for a major utilities provider . If you have experience in customer support for energy companies and are passionate about ensuring AI systems reflect real-world operations, this opportunity is for you Role Overview: We are collaborating with a large enterprise utility company to train large AI agents in handling complex customer support workflows. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the AI understands and follows realistic, internally consistent support workflows that reflect the utilities and energy sector's unique needs. Project Overview: Goal : Review and validate the prompt used to train large AI agents for customer support in the utilities and energy sector , focusing on: Billing disputes Outage reporting Service requests Regulatory compliance Objective : Ensure the AI prompt is realistic, internally consistent, and accurately reflects real-world logistics support workflows in the utilities industry. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate AI prompts for customer support processes in the utilities and energy sector. Ensure the AI accurately handles outages , billing issues , service requests , and regulatory compliance as per industry norms. Provide feedback to ensure AI outputs reflect real-world workflows , case handling, escalation logic, and customer-facing policies. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to fine-tune AI models to handle utility-specific scenarios. Requirements: Extensive experience in Utilities/Energy sector customer support operations . Proven experience with billing disputes , outage reporting , service requests , and regulatory compliance . Previous experience working with or overseeing customer support processes in energy companies, such as electric utilities, gas companies, or renewable energy providers. Ideal Profile: Customer Support Manager – Utilities Head of Customer Operations – Energy Sector Utility Customer Service Lead Energy Customer Experience Manager with a strong support background. Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud or similar CRM/support platforms . Why This Role?
