Your work profile

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Dayforce HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Qualifications / Skill

To qualify candidate must have:

- Dayforce skill exp. with close to 2-12yrs.
- Experience with Dayforce configuration, especially integrations building/testing/deployment
- Design and propose effective WFM solutions using Dayforce components, including organization design, job structure, roles, workflows, and entitlements.
- Familiar with core payroll processes along with configuration of HR, Payroll, Benefit, Onboarding and Talent modules.
- Strong leadership and communications skills to lead multiple testing workstreams and stakeholder partnerships in testing
- Ideally experience with multiple Dayforce implementations
- Dayforce certification is a plus.
- Experience in participating and/or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment.
- Experience in HCM system configuration
- Stay up to date with Dayforce updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, and recommend and implement system improvements.
- Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Dayforce systems.
- Identify new business opportunities. Understand Deloitte's and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with other Deloitte's team members across all practices to serve client needs.
- Flexibility and ability to travel; willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs.

Location and way of working

- Base location: PAN India
- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
