A Block Sales Officer in FMCG is a critical role responsible for driving sales expanding market reach and ensuring product availability within a designated geographic area or block -This position involves developing and executing sales strategies managing relationships with retailers and distributors meeting sales targets and analyzing market trends and competitor activities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES -Sales Strategy And Execution - Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the assigned area -Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationship with retailer distributor and key stakeholders ensuring effective order collection and payment processing SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION - -Communication and Negotiation - Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders -Sales Acumen Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior -Problem Solving and Decision Making - Ability to address customer needs resolve sales challenges and make strategic decisions to optimize performance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus
