Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our electric vehicle products and services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility through on-ground sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and local networking. Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to prospective clients (individuals, businesses, and fleet operators). Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure post-sale support and customer satisfaction. Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity updates. Generate and maintain a daily/weekly report of field visits, leads, and closures. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to plan promotional activities and events. Represent the company in exhibitions, roadshows, and other local outreach programs. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the automobile or electric vehicle sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools is an advantage. Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. Must know Kannada, English & Hindi (any additional language will be an added advantage) Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
