Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive company growth by reaching out to potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales deals in the assigned area. This is an on-ground, target-driven role that requires regular client visits, relationship building, and a strong focus on conversions. Ideal candidates should be confident communicators, self-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Visit local markets, businesses, residential areas, or corporate clients to generate leads. Identify prospective customers and explain product/service benefits. Maintain a pipeline of active leads for continuous follow-up. 2. Product Demonstration & Sales Conversion Present products/services clearly to clients, address objections, and convert leads into sales. Distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers) and collect feedback. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues or queries post-sale. Promote referrals and repeat business. 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of visits, client information, and daily sales reports. Share regular updates with supervisors on market trends, feedback, and competition. Use tools like Excel, CRM apps, or mobile reporting systems (if applicable). 5. Market Feedback & Brand Awareness Collect insights from the field regarding competitor activities and customer preferences. Participate in on-ground marketing activities, exhibitions, or local events as needed.
