Job Description

We are seeking a Relationship Manager-Equipment Finance to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and managing post-disbursement activities. This role requires experience in equipment finance and a strong understanding of financial products, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to achieve sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Source leads through the open market and by collaborating with suppliers, dealers, and OEMs of various equipment (Engineering, Medical, IT, etc.).
- Lead Closure: Coordinate with clients for documentation and manage cases from login to sanction and disbursement.
- Target Achievement: Maintain login, disbursement, and IRR numbers as per set targets.
- Post-Disbursement Management: Be responsible for Post-Disbursal Documents (PDDs), collections, and insurance for cases within your region.
- Partnership Development: Establish new tie-ups with asset providers, dealers, and OEMs as needed.

Skills Required:

- Experience in Engineering/Industrial Equipment Finance, Medical Equipment Finance, IT Equipment Finance, or sales of premium auto finance or related equipment.
- Conversant with financial products, including loan and lease products.
- Strong sales and relationship management abilities.

QUALIFICATION:

- Any Graduate.
