Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of web designers, developers, and technical professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage workload distribution, project assignments, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Oversee multiple web design & development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and align on objectives.
- Create project plans, milestones, and schedules, while ensuring effective resource utilization.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Stay updated with latest web technologies, design trends, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support for complex challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Ensure all deliverables meet design aesthetics, functionality, and performance benchmarks.
- Implement quality assurance processes, including testing and debugging.
- Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, addressing feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization with focus on optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in web design & development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Prior experience in team leadership or project management roles.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and UX/UI design best practices.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability to emerging technologies and evolving trends.
