As a Team Leader at our Web Design and Development company, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of talented web designers and developers to create exceptional websites and web applications. You will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring the teams productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards in design and development. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of web designers, developers, and other technical professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and growth.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Manage workload distribution, project assignments, and resource allocation.
- Oversee multiple web design and development projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to solve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain high coding standards.
- Ensure that all web projects meet or exceed quality standards, including design aesthetics, functionality, and performance.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and guidelines.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and building strong relationships.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
- Address client feedback and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilization, making adjustments as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for resource optimization and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in web design, computer science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience in web design and development, with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in web design and development tools, languages, and frameworks (e. g. , HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, CMS platforms).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
