Job Description MoEngage is looking for an exceptional Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. If you're a seasoned SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of over-achieving quotas and building strong C-level relationships, you'll thrive in this role. You'll take full ownership of accounts, be the face of MoEngage to some of India's largest enterprises, and play a crucial part in driving relationships and sales numbers. What You Can Expect As part of the Sales team at MoEngage, here are some things you can expect: - Be the face of the company and drive relationships with C-level executives in some of the largest enterprises. - Get 100% ownership of assigned accounts and full autonomy to drive them home with all the support you need. - Work with a lean team of go-getters in a fast-paced environment that will accelerate your learning and growth. - Work with clients across diverse domains. - Interact with teams from different domains, including engineering, product, commercials, and get hands-on experience dealing with team members from various domains. - Significant cross-functional and regional interactions with abundant learning opportunities. - Be a part of a truly global team with colleagues from over 15 countries Roles and Responsibilities - Overall responsibility for the sales numbers from the region, aligning teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers. - Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team. - Analyze and identify how MoEngage can eliminate our clients engagement and retention challenges. Be a trusted advisor to the key accounts on all things user engagement & retention. - Build and maintain C-Level relationships in the named Enterprise Accounts. - Nurture prospective clients on industry trends and innovative solutions for the key challenges across the ecosystem. - Evaluate key trends in the mobile marketing ecosystem and identify emerging trends to shape the future of MoEngage product. - Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives. Requirements - Proven SaaS sales experience, including Enterprise Sales, and consistent over-achievement of quotas. MarTech experience is a plus. - Proven experience to build strong C-level relationships in the region. - Successful track record of planning and rolling out GTM strategies in the region. - Well-versed with the mobile marketing ecosystem and the trends in the region. - Self-starter who works proactively to navigate large organizations and identify potential opportunities. - Ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inside sales, product marketing, growth, customer success, and product. - Outstanding verbal and presentation skills. - Prior experience in Digital Marketing/Startup Technology companies is a plus. - Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric-driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders.
