Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Kozhikode, with the flexibility of partial work from home. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong business relationships. Key responsibilities include researching market trends, developing strategies for growth, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and consistently meeting business targets. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business goals and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation. - Strong skills in Business operations and Account Management. - Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and internal teams. - Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to achieve business growth. - Proven experience in the B2B sector or sustainability-focused businesses is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working in a hybrid work environment.
