We are seeking an experienced Area Retail Manager (A.R.M.) to oversee our retail operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations in the designated area.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide guidance to store managers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Train and mentor store managers and staff to enhance their performance and career development.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and profitability.
- Ensure effective inventory management and control to minimize loss and maximize sales.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient in data analysis, sales forecasting, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
