Access Specialist Obesity you ll be at the forefront of change and contribute significantly to pioneering new approaches and leading the way driving change for 160 million people living with obesity in India As Therapy Access Specialist Obesity you ll be part of establishing Novo Nordisk as a leader in the field of obesity and healthcare focussing on unlocking and establishing business opportunities for obesity in your area establishing obesity as a chronic disease astute in managing diverse scientific community and drive on-ground educational initiatives Furthermore you will have the opportunity to Prospect and identify customer cohorts for targeted engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish the Obesity Clinic Program improving managed care settings for obesity across India Build partnerships and collaborations with healthcare professionals in private corporate and aesthetic centers as well as nutritionists to enhance obesity care Lead and implement patient awareness initiatives such as camps and HCP-PwO interactions to raise awareness about obesity as a chronic disease Qualification You hold a full-time Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences Science or equivalent and a mandate MBA degree Minimum 3 years of employment with Novo Nordisk and 100 sales achievement at least 1 year in last 3 years and 90 achievement in 2 years YTD 2024 2023 2022 Should have launch experience Expereince in Development of Centre of Excellence On-ground activation will be preffered About the departmentMore than 160 million people are estimated to be living with obesity
