Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in recruiting top talent for a variety of roles. This position plays a critical part in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, and successfully closing high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions across various departments. - Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics. - Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation. - Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive interview process. - Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Utilize metrics and data to drive improvements in the recruitment process and reduce time-to-hire. - Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs. - Assist in improving recruitment strategies, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion goals are met. - Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle talent acquisition. - Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of positions, including technical, non-technical, and leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview methods. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive, solution-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
