Job Description Company Description PIKORUA Realty is a luxury real estate consultancy firm based in Ahmedabad, specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and plotting properties across Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Alibaug, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Dubai. Our mission is to redefine property transactions in India by providing professional and hassle-free experiences for our esteemed customers. In a short span, PIKORUA has established itself in the luxury real estate market. We aim to hire talented individuals with unmatched skills and positive attitudes looking to grow and succeed in the real estate industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, engaging in employer branding, conducting interviews, and recruiting talent. Daily tasks include sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, as well as collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements. Qualifications - Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills - Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates - Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work autonomously and make informed hiring decisions - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
