We’re Looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking dynamic, forward-thinking, and innovative recruiters with proven experience in hiring Japanese and Korean-speaking talent in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Build strong, creative and data-driven talent pipelines for Japanese and Korean-speaking roles across APAC. Drive innovation in recruitment processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. High performers will have significant promotion potential and the chance to create and lead their own recruitment team, expanding into Japan, Korea and China markets.
